When looking at these executive orders and proclamations, one has to note that not only has he signed more orders in 55 days than his last 3 predecessors combined in that same period of time. He has effectively blown-up immigration law, muddied up the corona virus operation “warp speed” initiative, took steps to ensure that our future energy independence would be in doubt, weakened our military, and put our national security at risk by reopening unrestricted travel to and from countries that actively harbor terrorists.  In effect, most of these orders affect all Americans.  Any Executive Order that has any effect on individuals that are not government employees is a violation of Article I Section 1 of the Constitution. Whenever the President issues an Executive Order that extends to all of the people, Congress and the states have a responsibility to the people to reject them.  When a President issues an unconstitutional Executive Order and Congress allows the order to stand, they are violating their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, and they are ignoring them on purpose.  Most of these orders and proclamations are patently unconstitutional, and should be ignored and put to the constitutional test in the court system. 

The unconstitutional activity does not stop with the Biden regime, but one has to take a hard look at the Congress.  HR1 is an abomination.  It unconstitutionally takes the managing of elections from the state, and would if passed embrace all of the unconstitutional excesses seen in the last election.  It is a blatant power grab by the democrats to ensure that our country becomes and stays a 1-party state. 

Then we can take a look at HR1319, dubiously named the “American Rescue Plan Act of 2021”.  This was sold to the American public as a corona virus relief bill, but it is anything but that.  Only 9% went to direct payments to Americans, and even then, the money went to many people that did not need it or should not have been eligible for it.  Illegal Aliens were also given this stimulus, and big bonuses were paid to federal employees that had to home school children because of corona virus shutdowns.  The other 91% of the money went to a dream list of Progressive Democrats, rewarding those that support them without any regard to corona virus relief, and funding a variety of very unpopular programs for years on end.  This is a 1.9 trillion-dollar boondoggle, and a big overreach for the Democrats who passed this without any bipartisan support.  This recently was also passed in the Senate also without any bi-partisan support and signed into law by President Biden.  How is that for bringing a divided nation together?

It doesn’t stop there!  HR8 and HR127 are also on the Congressional docket.  These two bills are a direct infringement on the Second Amendment of the Constitution.  They would have the effect of making the ownership of firearms much more difficult for a law-abiding citizen, and would have no effect on armed criminal activity.  This too is another Progressive Democrat unconstitutional overreach that would have nothing less than a negative affect on the safety of law-abiding citizens, and both need to be defeated!  

The President is in direct violation of Article 1, Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States.  The Congress is in direct violation of Article 1, section 8 of the Constitution.  The “Necessary and Proper” clause in the Constitution found in Article I Section 8 was not intended to give Congress the authority to do whatever they felt was a good idea. This clause meant that they had the authority to pass any legislation that was necessary and proper to implement the powers delegated to the United States Congress in Article I Section 8 of the Constitution.  They are not delegated powers to go against the Constitution, and neither is the President.  As long as they control the legislative and executive branches, they will continue with this behavior.  Our best chance to reign this lawlessness in is with the court system, and that balance of power too is in jeopardy!

The Democrat controlled Congress has expressed the desire to “pack” the Supreme Court if they do not rule in their favor.  Packing would mean that partisan judges would be added to the courts by the Democrat Senate to ensure that all decisions would favor Progressive wishes, instead of the Constitution.  We have seen numerous occasions where SCOTUS has refused to hear cases that may upset these out-of-control legislators.  If cases of unconstitutional executive actions and legislation go up to SCOTUS, will they find the courage to hear them, or will they buckle to the threat of court packing?  Only time will tell….

There is another remedy, and this remedy will take us all to push our state governors and legislatures to ignore laws and executive orders that are unconstitutional.  Texas and Oklahoma are already on board with this, but in order for it to be effective, there has to be a quorum of states resisting these unconstitutional actions.  We cannot let this lawlessness stand, and if we do not resist their overreach, we will be in danger of losing our country.  Send e-mails and make calls to your state politicians, let them know it is in their hands to make this right.


27 Shows Like The Crown That Will Make You Feel Like ...

The Preamble of our Constitution is very specific:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

This beginning statement points out just what our founding fathers intended for our government.  They wanted a just government that had the welfare of citizens in mind.  It highlighted the necessity of Liberty and the importance of defending our freedom.  With this in mind, they put together a system of government meant to do just that, and those elected to implement this system were to be public servants, elected by the people that they would swear to represent.

These were wise men, who knew the danger of tyranny, so they put together a triad of governance.  The Executive in the Presidency, the Congress for lawmaking and dispersing funding and collecting taxes, and the Judicial branch, all which were to be checks on one another.  They put together a relatively simple, but highly functional system of governance, with a Constitution delineating what powers each branch has, what powers the states have, and most necessarily, what powers government does not have.  The rights of the individual were paramount to their thinking.

With the Democrats now running 2 out of 3 branches of government, it seems that the Constitution no longer matters.  Congress has started their new session with HR 1, a bill that would enshrine every bad practice experienced in battle ground state voting in the past national election by making those bad practices the law of the land.  This bill is a total mess, and it is getting even messier as S 1, the Senate version of the house bill.  It would ensure that Democrats would maintain power ad infinitum, and would be the destruction of the 2-party system as we know it.

Congress has also threatened to “pack” the Supreme Court, because they believe that the current membership leans conservative and they want that to be rectified with new liberal judges that will not offer a check on their power grab. The mere threat has effectively neutered the Supreme Court as a check on the balance of power, as the current Supreme Court Judges are treading lightly on what they will hear in their purview. Anything that would find ire with the Democrat Congress is largely left alone with the hope that they do not blow up the court with new partisan judges.

The Congress also had one last fling with past-President Trump, impeaching him in the House and having a Senate “show trial” without witnesses or any real evidence.  That went no-where, but was their parting shot with “The Donald” who had the audacity to point out their corruption for all to see.  They have in effect weaponized the impeachment process, making it a partisan weapon rather than a stopgap for an errant Presidency.

Joe Biden started his tenure with equal enthusiasm.  So far, Biden has signed more than 50 executive actions in less than 2 months, 22 of which are direct reversals of Trump’s policies. Most of these actions have addressed the CCP coronavirus, immigration and equity.  Now he has mandated masking on all Federal properties, open borders once again, reviving “catch and release”, and a flurry of orders granting special rights to outside the mainstream groups, with one example of transgenders being able to compete in collegiate sports alongside of women.  He has also indicated that he has directed his Justice department and intelligence agencies to focus on “domestic terrorism”, with persons of interest being Trump supporters and conservatives, all this in the name of “equity”?

Public servants are who these elected officials are supposed to be.  They are there to promote our liberty, our prosperity, and our tranquility.  It is evident that they do not take their “mission statement” seriously.  Instead, they are acting like Royalty, with the thought that it is we, the citizens of America that owe them allegiance.  They have elevated themselves to being our King and princes, with us in their servitude.  We, the people, are now on dangerous ground, and we need strong leadership to once again find our way back to being a constitutional Republic.  Benjamin Franklin worried about getting to this place: “Franklin was walking out of Independence Hall after the Constitutional Convention in 1787, when someone shouted out, “Doctor, what have we got? A republic or a monarchy?”

To which Franklin responded, with a rejoinder at once witty and ominous: “A republic, if you can keep it.”  It is up to us.  We fight to keep it, or tyranny wins.  Which will it be patriots?

Joe Biden promised us he would bring our country together, but to date he has done anything but that.  He has opened the borders, reinstated “catch and release” without any health testing, let men play women’s sports, taken steps to insure we will not be energy independent for very long, and has effectively killed hundreds of thousands of jobs.  He has also begun embracing a modified version of the “Green New Deal”, rejoined the Paris Climate Accord, rejoined the WHO, and has made overtures to Iran about re-entering the Iran Nuclear Deal.  Three weeks in, he has done all of this not by going to Congress to get bi-partisan support, but by executive action.

He has also embraced the 2nd Trump Impeachment, saying that although he was exonerated by the Senate, he calls the charge of “Insurgency” as something that is not in dispute.  It appears that along with the rest of his party, he is hell bent on destroying not only Donald Trump’s legacy, but the man himself.  No holds barred, the Democrats will continue to come after President Trump with all guns still blazing, regardless of the truth.  Next step will be the 14th Amendment, which has the possibility of eliminating the threat of Donald Trump ever running again for President, that is, if they can prove he started and is responsible for Insurrection.  It will not work, but that is where the next move will be. 

They will also attempt to Censure him in both houses.  It is an attempt to ruin his reputation, but will not preclude him from running for office in 2024.  They hope that will put him in a tenuous position where he will not consider doing so.  Will they stop there?  Think again!

The Democrats are now sharpening their pencils writing briefs to both civil and criminal courts to try DJT for various supposed crimes.  Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. has an active criminal investigation into Trump and his businesses. The exact contours of the probe are not clear, but court papers suggest he’s investigating possible insurance or financial fraud.  On top of that, the most developed case that could ensnare Trump might be out of the Southern District of New York. It stems from the federal prosecution against Michael Cohen, Trump’s onetime personal attorney and fixer.

Cohen pleaded guilty to a range of crimes, including arranging illegal hush money payments to keep women silent during the 2016 campaign about extramarital affairs they say they had with Trump before he was president. Trump has denied the allegations. 

The Democrats will not stop there.  The state attorney general, Letitia James, is conducting a civil investigation into the Trump businesses. James is looking into whether the Trump Organization improperly inflated the value of its assets for loan or insurance purposes, and then deflated the value for tax purposes. 

He also faces defamation lawsuits filed by two women who say he sexually assaulted them — allegations he denies. While Trump doesn’t face criminal liability in those suits, he does face potential damage to his reputation and financial repercussions.

The lawsuits will continue, with or most likely without any merit.  They will only stop with a political calculation that President Trump will not run again.  Until then, stay tuned, it is going to get crazier and crazier, and for President Trump, his post-Presidency legal bills will be enormous.

Is any of this unifying?  No, exactly the opposite.  The left is using their nuclear option with Donald Trump, and by default with anyone that has, or still does support him.  President Biden is in the process of directing our Intelligence agencies to assist in his “War on Domestic Terror”.  In effect, he has identified the 74+ million voters that voted for Trump as the target of the investigation.  We, along with President Trump are in for a very rough ride, at least for 2 more years!  Nothing unifying about that!

From a realistic standpoint, what can we as citizens do?  First and foremost, we need election integrity.  Each state has their own system for elections, and we know those systems, at least in some swing states, have been broken.  We need to push our state legislatures to find a fix for what is broken, and implement said fix before the mid-terms.  We also need to take control of local politics.  Pay attention to our school districts, run and if you can’t support candidates that are of like mind.  City and state elections need us to participate not only as voters but as candidates and/or supporters of candidates that are close to our political minds.  We also need to primary officials that do not adequately represent us with candidates that will.  It will take work, but if we put our minds to it, we will prevail!

We are told that the Keystone pipeline had to be cancelled for environmental reasons.  “The Permit is hereby revoked,” Biden’s executive order says. “Leaving the Keystone XL pipeline permit in place would not be consistent with my Administration’s economic and climate imperatives.”  Now that’s a very powerful statement, but what does it really mean?  Is there a well thought out plan, or is this just more corruption from a man known to deliver if the money is right?

Economically, this cancellation will increase the cost of oil-based products to the consumer.  Instead of piping this crude to refineries (830,000 barrels a day), the same amount of oil will have to continue to be shipped by rail and truck to its final destinations.  It is estimated that the cost for this type of delivery system is approximately $10 per barrel, as opposed to $5 per barrel using the now defunct pipeline.  It is hard to imagine that killing the pipeline was done for economic reasons, unless there is an alternate energy source that is cleaner and competitive with oil.

Could it be that windmills and solar are the answer to our future energy needs?  Both are intermittent power sources that require intensive capital investment and are highly unreliable.  It is estimated that power from these sources can only be counted on at peak demand 30% of the time, and hundreds of millions of acres of land would have to be devoted to the construction and maintenance of these forms of “green energy”, not to mention the massive amounts of raw materials required for production of these alternate energy sources.  Further, it would cost us at least 10X the amount we currently spend on energy to switch to these alternative sources, so it doesn’t look like this is a sane approach to economic issues in our country.  Short of green lighting nuclear power, it doesn’t look like alternate energy sources will ever make the cut with the state of our current or foreseeable future technology. 

For climate imperatives?  It is estimated that the earth has warmed approximately by 1 degree Celsius since the start of the Industrial Revolution, which began in 1760, or 260 years ago.   We also know that the earth cools and warms as natural cycles over thousands of years.  Is global warming a natural cycle? Or is global warming affected by human influence? What does the science say? Both may be true. In the natural cycle, the world can warm, and cool, without any human interference. For the past million years this has occurred over and over again at approximately 100,000 year intervals. About 80-90,000 years of ice age with about 10-20,000 years of warm period, give or take some thousands of years.  There is healthy debate about human interference with this cycle, and the science is far from settled.  The left would let us believe that in fact the science is settled, and hydrocarbon usage with its CO2 emitting is the direct result of warming we are experiencing.  If that is true, and there is a load of empirical evidence that it is not, a case could be made that cancelling the project was done for environmental reasons, especially if the goal of zero CO2 emissions by 2050 is the goal that will solve the supposed human caused problem with global warming. 

Maybe taking President Biden on his word is not the best way to understand why he cancelled the project, or for that matter why he has signed 40 executive orders in the first 9 days in office.  Could there be another reason for his race to change things?  Focusing on the pipeline, who would benefit most from the cancellation?  Could it be Warren Buffett, Berkshire Hathaway, and the Burlington Northern Railroad?  Currently, the Burlington Northern Railroad ships 100% of this oil by rail to destination, and it is a very profitable run for this business, as they are the only line that ships this oil to refineries.  This business is owned by Berkshire Hathaway, a holding company controlled by Warren Buffett.  Berkshire Hathaway also owns the company that produces oil tankers for rail, and has a virtual monopoly on this business.  Warren Buffett donated $250,000 to Democrats on the 2020 election cycle.  Other mega-donors, including CEO’s of fortune 100 companies donated millions to the Democrats and the Biden campaign, and were opposed to the pipeline.  Could it be that Joe Biden is still playing the “pay to play” scam in the oval office?  What about the other executive orders?  Will we ever know?


We are told that a 78-year-old man with first stage senility got more votes than any other Presidential candidate and now will be our President, even though he campaigned in his basement?  His running mate, a woman who could not muster over 2% of the votes in her Presidential primary race helped him in this historic victory?  We are constantly remined by the bureaucracy that there was no election fraud, even though the evidence is in plain sight?  The Democrats in Congress, hell bent on impeaching the current President the second time when his tenure in office ends in just a shade over a week?  Big tech companies trying to eliminate free speech, not only on their platforms but by killing their competition, literally?  Mega-corporations doubling down on efforts to control free speech and the general population?   The Democrat party disparaging all patriots, while trying to sell the narrative of unity? 

That’s not all, we are also told to socially distance, avoid crowds, and wear a mask or we most certainly will die of the deadly covid-19 virus, even though the death rate per 1000 has been steady for years?  (In 2020, death rate for United States of America was 8.9 per 1,000 people. Death rate of United States of America fell gradually from 9.5 per 1,000 people in 1971 to 8.9 per 1,000 people in 2020-World Data Atlas United States of America Demographics).  We are told that we need to take a vaccine based on un-tested new technology in order to fight this deadly scourge?  Yet, our homeless population, living in close quarters, not wearing masks or socially distancing, seem to be immune to this plague? 

Yes, Nurse Rached, I’m ready for my lobotomy!  Having all of my cognitive abilities is putting me in a very bad place.  I cannot fathom the stupidity around me, and look forward to the peace that this operation will bring!  Please schedule me right away!

A 4 year attempted coup, finally accomplished with a stolen election. A radical takeover of the Capital building, and now 4 dead and dozens of DC police injured. Democrats now holding all power in the Federal government, with our freedom on the line. It truly is a dark and bleak January!

We have a lot of problems that will be hard to fix with what amounts to a 1 party Federal government, but all is not lost. Sadly, we will be suffering through 4 years of a Biden/Harris regime that is moving hard to the left, but there is a silver lining. With our election system in tatters, destroyed by those that want to transform America, this new regime will be tainted with the general knowledge that they are illegitimate, and as time goes on, that illegitimacy will come to full light.

In Washington, it will still be very hard for the Biden regime to pull off some of their most radical schemes, with the Senate at 50/50, and at least 10 Democrat Senators that are centrists. If McConnell can pull it off and reach over to the other side of the isle convincingly, he can hold off some of the lefts most damaging dreams of transformation. That, however, is not the best news!

As a Republic, the States are granted more power than the Federal government over much of our political lives. That power is absolute, and it includes insuring that elections are fair and accurate. We have seen that our elections are not, and it will be up to states, not the Federal government to fix this defining problem, and up to us to push our state and local officials to get that job done. Politics has always been a local issue, and that has not changed.

We will survive the next 4 years, just as we have done throughout our history. Much can be done to make our country a better place, and that starts locally. Get active politically, embrace local elections as you have never done before. Run for office if you can, and if you cannot, campaign for those that hold similar values to your own. Insure that you are heard where you live, and make your town a better place. Make your county and then your state a better place, and focus on the end game, to “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN”!

Remember, politicians do not have power, unless we give them the power that each and every one of us have. If we do not give them that which is ours to give, they have nothing. Nothing is lost, unless we just give up, and that is not what Americans do. Yes, the next 2 years will be rocky, but with a little luck, we will take back the Senate and the House at the midterms, and effectively neuter this illegitimate regime. Keep your eyes on the end-game, and never give up!

Time is running out on the Presidential election.  This week is DJT’s last chance to challenge in court and have a shot at a second term.  The corruption is obvious, but unraveling it seems to be impossible.  The chaos created by using the corona virus as the reason for massive mail-in voting, and with blue states using unreliable computerized voting machines appears to be too much for the courts to solve.  I, like many others in our country pray that this can be rectified, but hope for some type of honest solution is fast dissolving.

Meanwhile, the Biden campaign is putting together a far-left Progressive team for its White House staff.  From those being considered, it appears that the goal is not just an Obama Administration redux, but something even more radical.  If conservatives do not hold the Senate, we are in for a very wild ride into the Progressive dream of Socialism.

On the Senate front, we are now at a crossroads where the Georgia Senate runoff races will determine who controls the Senate in 2021 and beyond.  Currently, the Republicans have 50 seats to the Democrats 48 seats.  If the Democrats pick up both seats in Georgia, then the tie breaking vote will be with Kamala Harris, and their agenda will be realized.  Over 80% of the campaign funding for both Democrat candidates is coming from out of state, and over $1billion is being spent in the hope to have Democrat control of the Senate.  If they pull this off, look forward to packing the Supreme Court with Progressive Judges, and statehood for DC, Puerto Rico, and possibly even Guam.  This would mean the end of our 2 party system, and the advent of a new system much like what has transpired in California, and that would spell the beginning of the end of the United States of America. 

Leftists are rioting in the streets, even though it appears that they are winning on the political front.  Last weekend, pro-Trump peaceful marchers in DC were attacked by BLM and ANTIFA thugs as they attempted to break up and go back to their hotels.  People were beaten because they supported the current President, for no other reason.  The left is battling to control the streets, and right now they appear to be winning on that front.

I pray that we are not witnessing the beginning of a new civil war.  We have two disparate sides.  One that values the Constitution and Capitalism, with all the richness it has brought our country and its people.  The other side wants fundamental change, a change that would discard our Constitution and the rights that it guarantees for us, and a change in our economic system, one that would fast track us to Socialism.  At this point in time, there is nothing to negotiate.  Either side needs to defeat and sublimate the other to win.  There is no longer middle ground for us to find peace.  This is a sad place for our country, a place where all options seem now to lead to a very dark place where no one really wants to go.

The Russia collusion narrative was a flop.  The long-awaited Mueller Report brought to light exactly nothing.  That didn’t deter Nancy Pelosi and her fellows, they impeached the President anyway, without any convincing evidence of “High crimes and Misdemeanors”.  That didn’t go well, their case was thrown out by the Senate.  In short, not only did they not have any evidence, they effectively had no power.  Elections matter, and they did not control the Senate.

Now, Ruth Bader Ginsberg has passed away, leaving the President to pick yet another Supreme Court Justice.  The Democrats in Washington are at their wits end, bringing about threats, innuendo’s, protests at Senate Republican’s homes and at the Supreme Court itself.  They want to honor RBG’s final wish, that a new President pick her successor.  What they have forgotten, is that the President, and for that matter they themselves have sworn an oath to abide by and protect the Constitution.

Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi say now that they are going to use every arrow in their quiver to stop the President from making his selection.  They ignore that it is his Constitutional duty to make his selection and present it to the Senate forthwith.  They point to Obama’s selection right before his 8-year term was over, and how the Senate refused to even consider his choice.  They say this is a precedent, and the Republican Senate needs to live to that standard.  Somehow, they even say their fight is for the protection of the Constitution and our Republic, but its not.  They simply do not want another strict Constitutionalist on the bench, and their hope is that Biden will win and put a Progressive operative on the bench, and possible expand the bench to accommodate even more Progressives.  They have even threatened to make Puerto Rico and DC states to insure Democrat control of the Senate if the President fills RBG’s post.

Nancy Pelosi and her minions have even threatened to impeach the President again if he does his Constitutional duty, and to make it even more interesting, she also implies that Attorney General Barr may also be impeached on the same grounds.  What they seem to ignore is that they are powerless.  This Saturday the President will announce his selection, it will go to the Senate, and after a few weeks, once again the Supreme Court will be at full staff.  Dems, led by Kamala Harris will accuse the selectee of many things, even have witnesses to supposed crimes and moral turpitude, but in the end, it will just be a cynical hissy fit that will fade away once the final selection is made.

The impeachment has to go through the Senate, and it will never pass muster.  All their accusations, screaming, indignation’s, and allegations of wrongdoing will fall on deaf ears, and Donald J. Trump will once again be elected President, and the DOJ will bring light into the Russian collusion scam.  The Democrat Party is a pathetic shadow of what they once were, now powerless and mean. 


The President and Melania at the July 3rd Mount Rushmore celebration.

President Trump gave his best speech ever at Mt. Rushmore, kicking off the 4th of July weekend.  However, the left did not see it that way.  The Washington Post reported “At Mt. Rushmore, Trump exploits social divisions, warns of ‘left wing cultural revolution’ in dark speech ahead of Independence Day”.  The Los Angeles Times wrote “At Mt. Rushmore, Trump uses Fourth of July celebration to stoke a cultural war”.  The New York Times said “Trump uses Mt. Rushmore speech to deliver divisive culture war message”.  The Associated Press also weighed in with “Trump pushes racial division, flouts virus rules at Rushmore”.  Looks like there is some colluding here, don’t you think?

The actual speech was a wonderful compilation of what America has meant to individual liberty.  It was a speech that highlighted American achievement and how that achievement improved not only American lives but the lives of all that live on our planet.  He said “No nation has done more to advance the human condition than the United States of America, and no people have done more to promote human progress than the citizens of our great nation”.

The media of course reported this differently, and as expected weaved a narrative that was totally false.  The President actually described America as a nation that embraces equality and diversity, citing the Declaration of Independence with this quote: “all men are created equal”.  He indicated then that “these immortal words set in motion the unstoppable march of freedom”.  This included the end of slavery and woman’s suffrage.

He also brought Martin Luther King Jr. and Fredrick Douglass into his speech, indicating that they also believed in the “American Dream”.  He brought other American notables of all backgrounds into the speech, pointing out how they have contributed to American progress and improvement. 

The President praised our system for being formed with Judaeo-Christian values.  This statement could not be truer, but once again that was taken as an assault on “separation of church and state”.  Not only was the statement taken out of context, but was assaulted by the left when he said “We do not kneel to anyone, but Almighty God”.  This statement caused quite a stir, but there seems to be an interesting disconnect.  The First Amendment of the Constitution guarantees freedom of religion, but no where in the Constitution does it guarantee freedom from religion.  That is a relatively recent construct that has no basis in the Constitution, but has been legislated from the bench of the Supreme Court.  It also does not negate the absolute fact that our Constitution is based on Judaeo-Christian tenets. 

The media excoriated the President for giving this speech in front of Mt. Rushmore.  The contention is that Teddy Roosevelt, Abe Lincoln, George Washington, and Tom Jefferson were all imperfect people.  That they, when put up to the 2020 microscope, are judged not for mores of their times, but with today’s values.  All of this unfair and anti-intellectual comparisons as progressive mobs attempt to eliminate their names and their statues from American life.  The President, in the minds of “progressives” was guilty of defending the legacies of these past Presidents, in the face of their assaults.  In fact, the opposite is true.  He is stalwartly defending our history, our very heritage, and he made that a big point when he announced that he was going to produce an executive order to install a “national garden of American heroes”.!  The garden will be “a vast outdoor park that will feature the statues of the greatest Americans to ever live,” Trump promised to a supportive crowd at the celebration.  Further he said “In the face of such acts of destruction, it is our responsibility as Americans to stand strong against this violence and to peacefully transmit our great national story to future generations through newly commissioned monuments to American heroes.”

“This outdoor park is to be opened no later than July 4th, 2026.  A committee is forming that includes the following: “(i)    the Administrator of General Services (Administrator);

(ii)   the Chairperson of the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA);

(iii)  the Chairperson of the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH);

(iv)   the Chairman of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP); and

(v)    any officers or employees of any executive department or agency (agency) designated by the President or the Secretary.”  This committee will decide what persons will be depicted in this park.”  Some persons have already been identified.  “ The National Garden should be composed of statues, including statues of John Adams, Susan B. Anthony, Clara Barton, Daniel Boone, Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain, Henry Clay, Davy Crockett, Frederick Douglass, Amelia Earhart, Benjamin Franklin, Billy Graham, Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson, Martin Luther King, Jr., Abraham Lincoln, Douglas MacArthur, Dolly Madison, James Madison, Christa McAuliffe, Audie Murphy, George S. Patton, Jr., Ronald Reagan, Jackie Robinson, Betsy Ross, Antonin Scalia, Harriet Beecher Stowe, Harriet Tubman, Booker T. Washington, George Washington, and Orville and Wilbur Wright.”  This is quite an inclusive group of “heroes”, and the newly formed committee will be adding to that list. 

The division in our country is not from our President, but from the progressive counter culture that seeks to re-write history, and in effect, fundamentally change our country.  Yes, the President warned of this, and rightfully so.  They seek to tear down the Constitution, but show no vision on what they would replace it with, other than an eventual promise of a fair and equitable socialism and global governance.  This is now what is being taught in some form in thousands of primary and secondary schools, with the New York Times “1619 project”.  This discounts America’s founding in 1776, and instead uses the year 1619 as the actual founding of a country that is racist to the core and only deserving of destruction.  It also excoriates capitalism, presenting socialism as the logical alternative.

We are inheritors of what is the greatest country on the face of the earth.  We have this inheritance due to the wisdom of imperfect men.  These imperfect men put together both the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution to ensure that we live as free men, free to embrace “our unalienable rights, the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”, and they risked everything from fortune to their very lives to make this happen.  Our Constitution is the envy of the world, and guarantees our freedom.  Our citizens of all stripes should embrace this quote from the Declaration of Independence: “Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes”.  Our system of government has always allowed for positive change within the confines of our Constitution. If America is to be fundamentally changed, it has to be because there is an overriding vision that rings true in all citizens hearts.  It is foolhardy to destroy what is working for an idea that has no consensus and not proven beyond doubt to be better.   


This year so far has been very trying.  It starts out with an attempt to remove a duly elected President, without any real evidence that any wrongdoing had taken place.  After that failed, we were subjected to a virus from China that allegedly had the power to kill millions of us.  After that, we had a black man, George Floyd was murdered by errant police officers that then caused a nationwide spate of protesting, rioting, and killing of more innocents, followed by a worldwide reaction, causing riots and protests in major cities around the world.  What do all these events have in common?  What is the common thread to all these events?  Let’s see.

The impeachment was led by Democrats.  After the Mueller Report indicated no wrongdoing, they decided to impeach the President anyway.  They tried to do it with partisan witnesses that actually had nothing to add in the way of “high crimes and misdemeanors”.  There was drama, posturing, and an attempt to prolong the process for maximum political damage, but the Senate, controlled by Republicans quickly killed the effort when it reached them for a trial. 

Covid-19, the virus from China came to us shortly after the failed impeachment attempt.  At first, the WHO told us not to worry, but as trouble was brewing in China, and with the virus attacking Italy and other places on the planet, fear set in hard.  The President imposed travel bans on China and other affected areas of the world to stop the spread.  It hit us, and out of fear, the whole country, with the exception of a few states, shut down all business and told everyone to “shelter at home”.  We were using modeling from various sources that stated that if we did not shut down, millions would die.  The shut down extended from weeks to months, and our economy was torn up, with over 40 million out of work. 

We found out the models and the experts were dead wrong.  Looking at Sweden we discovered that “sheltering at home” was more dangerous than just protecting those in danger, older people with co-morbidities.  That did not deter blue states and cities that are Democrat run from keeping people at home, and killing their economies.  It now morphed from a strictly health issue to a political one.  These Democrat enclaves made the political calculation that if they shut down long enough to drive our country into a deep recession, that the President would take the blame, and their guy Biden would be the next President.  So far, that calculation does not look like it will play out, with citizens countrywide demanding their jobs and their lives back!

Now, George Floyd, a 7-time felon is murdered by errant police officers.  On a normal day, this would probably not make headlines, but with 40 million of us out of work, locked up in our houses, the country lit on fire!  A graphic video of his death struck a chord in every American’s heart!  Protesters hit the streets in many of our cities, and were followed by far-left groups like ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter and most likely criminals released from jail on the pretense of stemming the tide of covid-19 infections in prisons around the country.  What started out peacefully turned into full-scale riots, stores looted, and people killed and injured in the process. 

All the while, our leftist media and Democrat politicians gave accolades to the protesters, downplaying the looting, rioting, and praising the protesters.  Soon after, far-left groups began protesting the George Floyd murder, complete with rioting and looting, in cities around the world.

What does all of this have in common?  Leftists, who want Donald Trump removed in order to achieve their dream of One World Government, and Socialism for all.  Our President has been identified as the one major obstacle they have in their way of achieving a Utopian society of their own design.  “America First” is a policy that goes against their grain, and they are trying everything that they can to stop him from being re-elected. 

These protests and riots are well organized, and appear to be adequately funded.  During the riots, ANTIFA has been labeled a domestic terrorist organization.  Black Lives Matter so far has not been labeled the same, even though their mission statement is very close to ANTIFA.  That is probably a political calculation not to also include BLM in the same category as ANTIFA, because in the black community they are held in higher regard.

Who or what organizations actually have funded these uprisings?  There has been a lot of speculation, but nothing concrete has come to the fore.  Speculation is that the Open Society Foundations, funded with 32 billion dollars by George Soros is actually behind this, but no concrete evidence exists pointing there.  Russia, China and other world governments that have a vested interest in getting rid of Trump may be the source of funding, but that too has not been shown to have any evidence of involvement.  One thing we do know, is this is not the end.  Something else is coming soon, and your guess is as good as mine!
